Take on the Big Ballsy Run this November

The Robin Cancer Trust

Oct 15, 2026

10K, 50K or 100K? Pick your distance, run or walk and earn your balls!

We have the perfect challenge to get you moving this November - our virtual Big Ballsy Run supported by Kendal Mint Co and Nice Work.

Whether you're a runner or walker simply choose from 10K, 50K or 100K and complete the distance during the month of November. You can cover this in one go or split it over multiple sessions. Run or walk outdoors, on a treadmill, clock up lunch time walks with colleagues or dog walks over the month, the option is yours!

EARN YOUR BALLS

Whether 10K is a challenge you've always wanted to take on, you're ready to clock up 50K throughout November, or 100K sounds like exactly the kind of questionable life choice you enjoy making, pick the challenge that's right for you. There's no need to worry about pace or finishing time. It's your challenge, your way.

RUNNING FOR SOMETHING BIGGER

The Big Ballsy Run is designed to get you moving and give you an excellent excuse to earn a genuinely ridiculous medal. But there's a serious reason we're talking bollocks.

Around 2,400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK every year. It is the most common cancer in men aged 15–45, yet 95% curable if detected early.

We want more people to recognise the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer and feel confident seeking medical advice if something doesn't feel right. By taking part, you're helping us get more people talking about testicular cancer, sparking awareness and  conversations that could help save lives.

Sometimes starting those conversations takes something a little different!

WANT TO GO EVEN FURTHER?

Fundraising is optional, but the difference it makes isn't. There’s no requirement to fundraise to take part in the Big Ballsy Run but if you'd like to make your challenge count for even more, we'd love you to raise whatever you can for The Robin Cancer Trust.

Every pound raised helps us deliver life-saving awareness and education, reach more young people with information about testicular cancer and provide support to people affected by testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancer. We'll show you how to set up your JustGiving fundraising page after you sign up.

THESE BALLS HAVE TO BE EARNED

Complete your chosen distance and you'll receive your exclusive Big Ballsy Run 2026 finisher's medal. You've never seen a medal quite like this.

Yes, it's shaped like a pair of balls. Yes, it says I EARNED MY BALLS. And yes, you're going to have to earn it.

Once you've completed your challenge, simply submit your evidence using the instructions we'll send you after registration and your medal will be posted straight to your home.

HOW DO I TAKE PART?

It's simple:

1. SIGN UP

Choose your 10K, 50K or 100K challenge.

2. DO IT YOUR WAY

Run, walk or combine the two throughout November. One session or multiple sessions — it's your challenge.

3. PROVE YOU'VE GOT THE BALLS

Submit your completion evidence using the instructions we'll send you after registration. (If it’s not on Strava it didn’t happen!)

4. EARN YOUR BALLS

Challenge complete. Medal earned. Bragging rights secured.

The Big Ballsy Run is open to all abilities, so get your friends, family or colleagues involved and make November a little more ballsy.
