An exclusive charity networking breakfast at Fenwick Colchester has brought together local businesses from across the city.
Local charity The Robin Cancer Trust and InColchester BID hosted an exclusive networking breakfast at Fenwick Colchester on Friday, bringing together local businesses and community leaders from across the city.
Guests had the opportunity to network, build new connections and learn more about the charity's plans and ambitions for the future.
There was a real buzz in the room throughout the morning, with great coffee, lively conversation, an incredible raffle prize and a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged meaningful connections.
Toby Freeman, CEO and Founder of The Robin Cancer Trust, said:
'We're incredibly grateful to Fenwick, InColchester, and everyone who joined us. Events like this remind me that charities don't change lives on their own, people do.
'Every conversation, every partnership, every raffle ticket, and every act of support helps us reach more people with life-saving awareness and support. The Robin Cancer Trust may have started in Colchester, but today our work reaches people and families across the UK.
That only happens because local businesses, organisations and individuals continue to back our mission and help us start conversations that could save lives'
The charity plans to facilitate more exciting networking events across the city, bringing together community leaders and local businesses. Their next event, Putt & Connect on the 10th September 2026, offers business teams a chance to enjoy some golf and make meaningful connections. Find out more here.
